CONSTITUTION: A DNA obtained by combining the first DNA fragment coding for a peptide having at least a part of a site bound to a glucoprotein lb with the second DNA fragment coding for a highly stable protein such as a maltose- bound protein. The DNA can be recombined with an expression vector suitable for a host cell, and the host cell. transformed with the expression vector, etc., can be cultured to express and produce a von Willebrand's disease factor fragment (antithrombogenic activity fragment) in a fused protein state with the stable protein and in a state having a combination activity with the platelet glucoprotein Ib. |
