PURPOSE: To reduce the tension fluctuation when an electric wire is wound at a high speed by suspending a guide roller reciprocated in response to the tension fluctuation of the electric wire with a spring made of a linear or belt- like polymer material. CONSTITUTION: The dancer roller 28 of a tension adjusting device is rotatably supported on a shaft 30 assembled in a shuttle plate 29 via a bearing 31. The shuttle plate 29 is held only reciprocatably by a guide plate 32 fixed to a sub- base 23 by a pair of holding plates 33 having guide grooves. One end of a nylon thread spring 35 is fixed to the hole provided at the center of the lower end of the shuttle plate 29, and the other end is fixed to the hole provided at the right end of a lever plate 36. The displacement of an output shaft 5 is made maximum upward and downward at the rotation angle of a flyer indicating the maximum or minimum value of the electric wire tension, a dancer roll assembly 150 suspended by the nylon thread spring 35 is vertically moved, and a slack can be applied to the electric wire to mitigate the tension fluctuation. |
