PURPOSE: To provide compact coil parts by performing spiral grooving machining using laser. CONSTITUTION: A conductor layer is provided on the surface of a core in a closed magnetic path, a coil part 2 is formed by spirally groove-cutting the conductor layer by laser, laser is obliquely applied to an inner surface when performing the groove-cutting of the inner surface, at the same time the conductor layer is moved to a position where the focus of laser reaches a constant size for grooving.
