<p>PURPOSE: To simply connect a connected pipe member having an outer flange part, improve working efficiency, and facilitate manufacture for the member. CONSTITUTION: In a pair of connected pipe shaped members A, A having an outer flange part 1, the outer flange parts 1, 1 are faced to each other through a seal material 5. A spacer ring body 7 having a gradient surface is brought in contact with the outer surface 3 side of the outer flange part 1, and a fastening outer annulus body 10 having a recessed groove 9 with a pressure contact internal gradient surface 8 is arranged on the circumference thereof.
