PURPOSE: To eliminate the anxiety of losing a cap always attached to a writing instrument by forming the cap by uniting a ring at the movable part with the two rods extended from the port of the cap. CONSTITUTION: Two rods 2 are provided at the port side of a cap 1, a ring 4 is united with the rods 2 at a movable part 3 to form the cap 1. When such a cap 1 is mounted at a writing instrument 6 mounted with ring stoppers 5 at the right and left sides, since the ring 4 of the cap 1 is slightly larger than the instrument 6, it can be freely laterally moved. Accordingly, when the cap 1 is shifted to the left due to the part 3 by regulating the position of the stopper 5 of the instrument 6, the cap 1 can be closed. In the actual use, when the ring 4 is raised to the stopper 5 by a thumb, the set cap 1 is drawn from the end of the instrument 6, and dropped to the stopper 5 of the lower part, and hence it is not necessary to shift it, but can be fixed to the stopper 5 of the instrument 6 by one hand. |
