PURPOSE: To provide a bulletproof jacket which is hard to be discriminated from a normal jacket in appearance by a method wherein a bulletproof plate is formed into a specified shape by laminating a specified sheets of a fabric which is woven with a para-oriented aramid fiber forming, and the bulletproof plate is respectively housed in a housing pocket which is formed at right and left breast areas, and a back area of a jacket main body. CONSTITUTION: Bulletproof plates 2, 2' are formed into an irregular trapezoidal shape and an approx. rectangular shape by laminating 5-20 sheets of a fabric which is woven with a para-oriental aramid fiber forming. In the meantime, at breast areas of right and left body part areas and a back body part area of a jacket main body 1, bulletproof plate-housing parts 3, 4 are respectively formed. Then, the irregular trapezoidal bulletproof plate 2 is removably housed in the bulletproof plate housing part 3, and the approx. rectangular bulletproof plate 2' is housed in the bulletproof plate housing part 4 from respective inlets 5. When a user wears the jacket main body 1 under a state wherein the bulletproof plates 2, 2' are housed, the bulletproof plates 2, 2' locate on the front and rear surfaces of the body, and the user is protected form bullets. |
