This invention relates to a process for obtaining a highly concentrated solution of hydrolysed gelatine which is free from disagreeable odour and taste by the production of fine bubbling within the starting solution. Specifically the preparation to which this invention relates is useful for the subsequent preparation of different forms of pharmaceutical presentation of the liquid type which are used for the prevention and treatment of arthrosis, and to strengthen nails and hair.
