摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the components, such as oxygen, in a molten metal over a wide temp. range by using at least two kinds of powdery materials, forming the agglomerates essentially consisting of these powdery materials of each of these powdery materials and constituting a coated layer of plural kinds of the agglomerates. CONSTITUTION:The agglomerates are formed of each of plural kinds of the powdery materials and the heterogeneous coated layer constructed by stacking these agglomerates is formed. Peeling and large cracking are not generated even in the high-temp. molten metal in this way. Even if the powdery materials are sintered in the individual agglomerates, the small spacings which can be made between the agglomerates absorb the stresses thereof and, therefore, the peeling and cracks are not generated. The thickness of the coated layer is preferably 100 to 200mum. The effect of preventing the cracking and peeling is high if two kinds of the oxide and fluoride are at least included respectively as the agglomerates in >=2 kinds of the materials. These agglomerates act to prevent the small spacings from developing to the large cracks. The peeling and cracking of the coated layer are prevented in this way even at a high temp.
