PURPOSE:To control the humidity of a building to prevent the generation of condensation and the propagation of mold and, at the same time, to promote sound insulation efficiency of upper and lower floors. CONSTITUTION:Ventilation of a ceiling plenum space 100 and a wall span space 200 is made by a ventilation flue 400 connecting in the ceiling space 100, the wall span space 200 and the outside space 300 of a building. The ventilation flue 400 is so constituted that a through-hole 20 provided to a gypsum plasterboard, a through-hole 14 provided to a web 13 of a beam 1 and an outside opening 30 made by notching the upper end 3a of a downstain external wall panel 3 of the lower floor are connected to each other. A drip 9 is provided to the outside of the outside opening 30. Accordingly, the humidity of the whole building is controlled to prevent the generation of consendation and the propagation of mold and, at the same time, the incursion of water into the ventilation flue can be prevented by the drip. |
