These dispersions can be produced using the following starting compounds: (A) organopolysiloxane containing condensation-capable groups; (B) an organosilicon compound of the formula{[(RO)3Si-R3-]eR21-e}aSi(OR)4-a(II),in which R is identical or different and is a hydrogen atom or alkyl radical having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R2 is identical or different and is an SiC-bonded hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, optionally substituted with halogen atoms, ether groups, ester groups, epoxy groups, mercapto groups or (poly)glycol radicals comprised of oxyethylene units, oxypropylene units and mixtures thereof R3 is identical or different and is a divalent hydrocarbon radical, a is 0 or 1, and e is 0 or 1 where {[(RO)3Si-R3-]eR21-e}a of formula (II) is optionally a partial hydrolyzate having not more than 8 Si atoms; (C) an organosilicon compound containing basic nitrogen. |
