An air-tight laminate for walls that may be built into roofs or walls to prevent heat convection losses and to improve the interior atmosphere has at least one non-porous, water-tight, water steam-permeable functional layer that contains polymers based on copolyether ester, polyurethane and/or copolyether amide.
