This dietetic preparation based on fruit consists of a water-alcohol extract of fruit and/or vegetables concentrated to a minimum saccharimetric dry matter of 65% by weight. The concentrated alcohol-free extract may contain up to 10% by weight of additives from the group of antioxidants, antimicrobial substances, vitamins and vitagens according to the weight of the dietetic preparation. The manner of its production consists of the maceration of vegetables and/or fruit in an acidified water-alcohol solution with a pH of 2 to 5 heated to 50 degrees C, which immediately after it reaches the temperature of 50 degrees C is followed by vacuum extraction at a pressure of 3 to 30 kPa and at 20 to 40 degrees C with 100 to 400 % by weight of an acidified water-alcohol solution with a pH of 2 to 5 according to the weight of dry matter of the extracted vegetables and/or fruit. The produced extract is filtered under pressure and concentrated in vacuum at a pressure of 3 to 30 kPa at a temperature of 20 to 40 degrees C to a saccharometric dry matter of at least 65% by weight. |
