New substituted 4-amino- and 4-hydroxy-2,3-cycloalkenopyridines having the formula (I) and their salts are disclosed. In the formula (I), n = 1-8; R<1> stands for H, optionally substituted alkyl, optionally substituted alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkylthio, alkylsulphinyl, alkylsulphonyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl, acyl, optionally substituted phenyl or optionally substituted phenoxy; R<2> stands for H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, acyl, COOH, CN or halogen, or R<1> and R<2> form together alkanediyl; R<3>-R<8> have the meanings defined in the description; X stands for O, S or optionally substituted imino; Y-Z form together an aliphatic residue, or Y is a bond or bivalent residue and Z is aryl, O-aryl or a totally or partially saturated carbocyclic residue. Also disclosed is a process for preparing these compounds and their use as pesticides, in particular as fungicides, acaricides and insecticides. |
