摘要 FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method implies orientation and setting of working member of drilling machine, drilling by hollow drill string. Directed into drill string is laser beam. Mounted on head part of string is automatically controlled guiding unit which maintains preset direction by means of laser beam and cleaning agent. Laser instrument is mounted on swivel, focused on longitudinal axis of working member. Made in outer diameter of guide unit is circular groove with through hole for communication with its inner space, and provided on end of shaft directed towards laser beam is shaped flange with receiving windows and ribs between them located over its perimeter. Body stops can move independently relative to guide body and they rest on flexible diaphragms forming working spaces in body under each stop. Each space has drain holes with check valves for communication with space beyond drill string, and holes for communication with shaft inner space having individually driven gate. Control signal comes from photocells located over perimeter of body end opposite to receiving openings of shaft. Photocells form side clearances between each other and are equidistant from longitudinal, axis. Width of ribs between shaft receiving openings and value of side clearances between photocells is less than laser beam diameter. EFFECT: high efficiency.
