PURPOSE: To make the composition of a fired material hardly changeable at the time of firing a ceramic contg. a easy-to-vaporize low-m.p. metal oxide such as an Mn-Zn ferrite and to conduct firing with the repeated use of a ceramic firing pot. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic firing pot contg. a fired ceramic (a) has a lidded box-shaped alumina vessel 10 with the inner face covered with zirconia 2, through-holes 4, 11 furnished to the vessel 10 and closing lids 6, 12 to close the through-holes having almost the same composition as the fired ceramic (a). The through-holes 4, 11 are closed with the lids 6, 12, and the fired ceramic (a) is placed in the vessel 10 and heat-treated at a high temp. |
