PURPOSE: To provide a game system realizing more interesting multi-player games by transmitting/receiving audio data among game devices. CONSTITUTION: This game system is designed in such a way that multiple game devices 10 are connected to each other via data transmission lines 24 so that devices can transmit/receive data among them, and one can play multi- player games in a certain game space. Each game device incorporates an audio output decision block 36 to decide which audio data are to be output from it or other device according to the game condition, and when an audio output of other device is determined, a game device transmits a specified audio output data to a corresponding other device. The game device 10 incorporates a sound synthesizer block 38 which outputs specified sound from speakers 62-1,..., when an audio data of the game device are determined or the device receives an audio output data which targets the device from other device. |
