FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has at least two current-conducting elements which are connected in series and are designed as diodes and resistors, which number conforms to condition of $$$, where n is number of resistors, m is number of diodes. If several diodes are present, they are connected in same direction. Device uses effect of fluctuations of stochastic deviation of second thermodynamic law. Such fluctuations are cause of temperature noise in active resistors. Device circuit has active resistors which generate temperature noise (resistors, diodes) and elements which have non- linear voltage-current characteristics in order to rectify noise voltage (diodes). Device outputs constant level of voltage. This results in possibility to build circuit which has multiple devices which supply common load. multiple thermoelectric converters are useful to design as integral circuit. EFFECT: increased efficiency due to elimination of power losses on generation of temperature difference between cold and hot contacts of converter. 1 dwg |
