PURPOSE: To green a concrete wall at a water side having changes in a water level at a dam or a riverside. CONSTITUTION: This method for greening a concrete wall 1 at a water side comprises tilting a greening frame 3 having a two dimensional spread as freely slidable to the concrete wall, connecting the lower edge of the greening frame 3 to a float 2 floating on the water side, freely attachably and detachably loading light weight planting pots 7 on the float 2 and growing the greening plants over the greening frame in a state of planting the roots of the greening plants to the light weight planting pots.
