PRODUCTION OF POLYCARBONATE FILM

摘要

PURPOSE: To produce a polycarbonate film excellent in surface properties, transparency and optical homogeneity. CONSTITUTION: At least a part of step for drying a film is carried out by heating with microwaves in casting a dope prepared by dissolving 10-35 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin in 65-90 pts.wt. solvent containing >=60wt.% 1,3-dioxolane onto a supporting substrate and producing the film.
