摘要 FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: exoskeleton has a framework comprising coxofemoral and ankle levers with fasteners joined together by means of a joint unit consisting of a one-way overrunning clutch located on a pin that may be turned. The unit is provided with a locking mechanism for a ring-shaped clamp embracing the overrunning clutch shell. It has a two-member part. The latter has a body that turns towards the clutch. One end of the body is connected to the coxofemoral lever, and the other end is connected to one end of the ring-shaped clamp. There is a swivel lever connected to the other end of the clamp and adjustable for its angle relative to the body. A swivel pin joining these two parts with the coxofemoral lever is movable and eccentric, and the locking mechanism is provided with a spring preventing folding of the coxofemoral and ankle levers. The joint unit body is provided with a protective jacket, and the framework has a support platform. The platform is linked to the lower end of the ankle lever by means of a limited angular turn joint. The coxofemoral levers are spiral-shaped. The framework has a detachable back, a seat with a coxofemoral joint unit, and an additional detachable framework. The latter is a pair of composite levers hinged with support skis, a platform with locking mechanisms, and a lockable bushing movable relative to the compound lever. A spring joins the front part of the ski with the composite lever. EFFECT: higher reliability of rigid detachable framework allowing for step-by-step movement with or without weight.
