<p>PURPOSE: To provide a sheet sorting device preventing the cost increase ratio from becoming so high when the number of bins is increased by one. CONSTITUTION: A sheet guide plate 4 movable in the vertical direction in a sorting device main body 2 is installed. The sheet guide plate 4 is provided with an opening section 8 passing a discharge sheet S and a fan device 9 blowing wind W to the opening section 8. The sheet guide plate 4 is moved to set the opening section 8 to the position corresponding to sorting bins 3A-3D for feeding the discharge sheet S to the sorting bins 3A-3D. The opening section 8 is now set to the position corresponding to the specified sorting bin 3D. When the tip of the discharge sheet S conveyed by a conveyance roller pair 14 reaches the opening section 8, the fan device 9 is driven, and the wind W is blown to the opening section 8. The discharge sheet S is fed to the specified sorting bin 3D through the opening section 8.</p> |
