FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: turner has cross-like support provided with tools, spindle head which allows the spindle to be positioned by an angle, and circular pickup of feedback of angular position. The support can move in two mutually perpendicular directions. The circular pickup is coupled with the spindle through a flat gear belt drive, the gear ratio of the drive being 1:1. The number of teeth of the belt is multiple to the number of teeth of the pulley. The origin of the angular position of the spindle is determined by a pickup that generates a single pulse per one revolution of the shaft kinematically connected to the axle of the circular pickup via a gear transmission. The gear ratio of the circular pickup is equal to the ratio of the number of the teeth of the belt to the number of teeth of the pulley. EFFECT: improved design. |
