FIELD: manufacture of articles such as bodies of revolution, for example discs of strength and refractory materials by plasma and gasothermal deposition processes. SUBSTANCE: method involves heating solid initial material in the form of rod (wire) for creating surface film of melt, spraying said film by acting upon initial material by gas or plasma flow, depositing particles and providing crystallization of material on cooled surface of rotating disc substrate. Novelty is realization of said procedure in field of tension stresses occurring at predetermined revolution number of substrate and temperature of its working surface. EFFECT: enhanced quality of products such as turbine discs, disc tools and others. |
