PURPOSE: To provide a speed change operation device which is excellent in traveling speed and can perform main speed change changing at speed increasing acceleration and speed reducing deceleration in spite of switching of an auxiliary transmission. CONSTITUTION: When a main speed change lever 11 is swingingly operated, a speed change target setting means 21 sets speed change target speed on the basis of information from a potentiometer 13 to detect a lever operating position, and a speed change control means 22 outputs a prescribed signal to a driving circuit 17, and performs speed change operation on a continuously variable transmission 9 for travel by automatically operating a speed change motor M. When an auxiliary transmission 30 for travel is switched to the high speed side, a speed adjusting means 20 automatically changes actuating speed of the speed change motor M to the low speed side on the basis of information from a detecting switch 33 to detect a speed condition of the auxiliary transmission 30 for travel, and when the auxiliary transmission 30 for travel is switched to the low speed side, the speed adjusting means 20 automatically changes actuating speed of the speed chance motor M to the high speed side. |
