The holder is fixed to the luggage-bracket of a bicycle or moped, having a rectangular bottom. The hinging sidewalls (4, 68) form a non-folded stack on the bottom (2). The fourth upright wall (10) is fixed to the bottom. When two of the opposite hinging walls are upright, the distance between them can be greater than the width of the third hinging wall. The latter can have supports on either side, bearing against the inside of the first two walls when these are in the upright position, and coupling devices can be provided between the hinging walls in this position.
