SUBSTANCE: device has acceleration pipe 1 with holes 15, capsule with ground titanium sponge, baffle plate 6 with shock absorber 11, forechamber 2 with outlet hole. Total cross-sectional area of circular clearance 16 and holes in pipe 1 is larger than cross-sectional area of acceleration pipe 1. Capsule 10 is hermetic and of variable cross section in height which increases in direction towards baffle plate 6. Device can be provided with one or several acceleration pipes 1 which are turnable in relation to baffle plate 6. Capsule 10 can be made quick-detachable and it can have valves and circular shoulder. Operation is as follows: capsule 10 filled with ground titanium sponge up to 1/10-1/3 of its height is accelerated with the help of power source. Capsule 10 which is vacuumized or filled with inert gas strikes baffle plate 6 which is provided with shock absorber 7. With that, particles of titanium sponge continue free flight by inertia inside capsule 10, strike the capsule bottom and crushed. Period of deceleration of capsule 10 at striking baffle plate 6 with shock absorber 7 is less than period of material flight through free volume of capsule 10. EFFECT: high efficiency. 9 cl, 3 dwg
