An exercising apparatus including an elongated base supported on two stands and having two foot plates with bottom pulleys at two opposite ends, each stand consisting of a top block fixed to the base, a flat bottom block turned about a bolt on the top block, and a ball bearing supported between the top block and the bottom block. The apparatus moves when the user twits the body thereon.
