PURPOSE: To restrain generation of a noise by arranging a linear contact part coming into contact in a linear shape with a support body in a lower part of a valve installed on the support body. CONSTITUTION: A valve 12 comes into contact along both side parts of an inside surface of a support plate part 21 by dead weight and elasticity, and a linear contact part 36 of a projecting strip part 35 of the valve 12 comes into contact in a linear shape with a sealing surface part 31, and almost airtightly covers a ventilating port 26, and can prevent outside air and rainwater or the like from infiltrating into a car. When atmospheric pressure in a cabin becomes higher than atmospheric pressure outside of the car, the valve 12 rotates to the car outside with a part supported with a valve pressing-down member 14 as the starting point, and adjusts the atmospheric pressure in the cabin by opening the ventilating port 26. Since the linear contact part 36 is brought into contact in a linear shape with the sealing surface part 31 of a drafter main body 11 when the valve 12 closes, generation of a hitting sound at actuating time of a drafter l can be effectively restrained. |
