<p>PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive and simple automatic sphygmomanometer without the need of an expensive and complicated device used for the purpose of eliminating noise or the like generated at the time of sphygmomanometry for more reducing the burdens of a patient. CONSTITUTION: When it is judged that a blood pressure value or the like decided by a first blood pressure value deciding means 40 based on pulse synchronous waves generated in the process of gently boosting the pressure of a cuff 10 is an abnormal value by an abnormal value judging means 44, since decision is made by a second blood pressure value deciding means 42 without performing measurement again from the first, the measurement is ended faster for the time used for the exhaust and re-boosting of the cuff 10 and the burdens of the patient are reduced. Also, since the blood pressure value is re-measured relatively promptly, the need of mounting the device for eliminating the noise is eliminated.</p> |
