PURPOSE: To improve operability. CONSTITUTION: A support shaft 14 formed with a tapped hole 14a is inserted into through holes 4a, 5a of hinge members 4, 5 of a case 2. A cover 7 has hinge parts removed opposedly to the hinge members 4 and only hinge parts 9 projected opposedly to the hinge members 5. While these hinge parts 9 are provided with through holes 9a, brackets 11 are formed integrally therewith. The bracket 11 is provided with an U-shaped groove 11a engaging a screw 16 threadingly engaging a bracket 11. Also, the tapped hole 14a of the support shaft 14 approaches the hinge member 4 when an end of the support shaft 14 is inserted only in the through hole 5a without being inserted in the through hole 9a. |
