PURPOSE: To suppress the lowering of a soft touch feeling or the generation of a crack by setting the average particle size of elastic fine particles added to a surface layer and the thickness of the surface layer to a specific ratio and setting the addition amt. of the elastic fine particles to a thermoplastic resin constituting the surface layer to a specific parts.wt. CONSTITUTION: The relation between the average particle size of elastic fine particles to the surface layer of a laminated sheet and the thickness of the surface layer is set to average particle size/thickness of surface layer=0.5-3 and the addition amt. of the elastic fine particles is set to 80-130 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin constituting the surface layer. When the relation between the average particle size of the elastic fine particles and the thickness of the surface layer is below 0.5 and the addition amt. of the elastic fine particles is below 80 pts.wt., gloss is increased at a time of thermal molding and a matte feeling is lowered and, when said relation exceeds 3 and the addition amt. of the elastic fine particles exceeds 130 pts.wt., a crack is easy to generate at a time of stretching after lamination and at a time of thermal molding.
