PURPOSE: To obtain a surface material which is friendly to the skin and has less stickly feel by using an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which is specified in melt flow rate, density and mol.wt. distribution to specific values and has specific relations in n-decane soluble component quantity and density as well as the average value of the number of branches on a high mol.wt. side and a low mol.wt. side as an essential component. CONSTITUTION: The melt flow rate(MFR) of the surface material is specified to a range of 5 to 25g/10min, the density thereof to 0.88 to 0.92g/cm<3> and the mol.wt. distribution (Mw/Mn) measured by a GPC to 1.5 to 3.5. Further, the surface material is formed of the resin consisting essentially of the ethylene-α- olefin copolymer which satisfies the relation W<80×exp(-100(d-0.88))+0.1 when the n-decane soluble component quantity (W (wt.%) and the density (D) at 23 deg.C are MFR<=10g/10min and satisfies the relation W<80×(MFR-9)<0.26>×exp(-(100(d-0.88))+0.1 when MFR>10g/10min and of which the average value B1 of the number of the branches on the high mol.wt. side and the average value B2 of the number of the branches on the low mol.wt. side is B1>=B2.
