FINE FLAKE COPPER POWDER AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a fine flake copper powder extremely useful for a conductive paste or a conductive adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An acidic soln. contg. copper and a zinc dust slurry are mixed, and a fine copper powder is deposited by allowing a substitution reaction to proceed. The obtained copper powder is cleaned and then flattened in a liq. medium by a medium mill in the presence of a dispersant. The produced fine flake copper powder has <=15μm average major axis and <=20 flatness ratio.
