FIELD: ammunition. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ammunition, mainly, for artillery rifle automatic weapons. Unitary cartridge includes projectile with driving device and case with propelling charge and igniter. Driving device is manufactured in the form of at least one belt of polyacrylate composition with addition of fluoroplastic in the amount of 1.0-2.0 per cent by mass. Belts are partially arranged in ring groove made in centering thickening of projectile. Depth of ring groove is equal to 0.05-0.07 caliber of projectile and its width is 3-5 times larger than depth. Belt is formed by injection moulding. Case is placed close to centering thickening. Coat of easily sublimated metal (zinc, cadmium) or of their compounds is deposited on internal surface of case. Invention provides for improved strength of plastic belts of driving device of projectile with simultaneous reduction of wear-out of bore of weapon which enables firing to be conducted with high rate with increase of efficiency. EFFECT: reduced wear-out of bore of weapon, capability of high-rate firing with increased efficiency of fire. |
