SUBSTANCE: method of organization of energy exchanger of medium and vehicle moving in it (surface or submersible ship) having hull and propulsive complex consists in transmission of energy in form of absolute speed increment to side opposite to motion of vehicle to part of displaced volume of medium in front of moving hull of vehicle for filling void after moving hull by means of propulsive complex located in area of beginning of dynamic interaction of medium and hull of vehicle.
