SUBSTANCE: device has housing accommodating space wheel, housing fastening and fixing devices, welded-to-brackets with hinge joints which makes it possible to move the housing and provide free getting in and out of wheel. Device has also yoke to pull wheel out of housing which is free to move in wheel disk vent window. Yoke is made of wire or metal strip whose ends are bent outwards for compressing. EFFECT: improved operating capabilities, and protection of wheel in housing from precipitation. |
