PURPOSE: To provide molding material for giving excellent composite physical properties, by incorporating non-stickiness and drapeability without dropping thermoplastic resin powder, without opening reinforcing fiber and without generating decomposed gas at the time of molding. CONSTITUTION: The molding material is obtained by fixing thermoplastic resin powder to reinforcing continuous fiber assembly by 0.1 to 5wt.% of binder resin, and has non-stickiness and drapeability for fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin having a 5% weight loss temperature higher than melting point or flow point of the thermoplastic resin powder. |
