PURPOSE: To produce an antibacterial mildew-resistant precoated metal sheet which is excellent in antibacterial and mildew-resistant properties and in the processibility after baking, long retains antibacterial and mildew-resistant properties, and does not exhibit the discoloration of a coating film even after a long use. CONSTITUTION: This metal sheet has at least two coating layers the outermost baked coating layer of which contains 0.01-5wt.% (in term of solid content) mildewproofing agent contg. 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)pyridine and 0.1-5wt.% antibacterial agent which comprises at least one inorg. carrier selected from among a silicon compd., a calcium compd., and an aluminum compd. having a particle size of 0.05-5μm and at least one metal carrier thereby and selected from among silver, copper, zinc, and lithium.
