SUBSTANCE: preliminary painted sheets are provided with rounded corner members which are provided with narrow portion of sheet bent upward in the zone of the corner before bending the round edge. For this purpose the height of the portion of the sheet bent upward above the inner surface of the sheet should be approximately equal to the sum of the sheet thickness and radius of bending around the edge. The length of the portion should be approximately equal to the sum of twice thickness of the sheet and radius of bending of the round edge. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
