FIELD: production of nitroesters. SUBSTANCE: greatest efficiency of method is demonstrated when inspecting quality of nitroesters by indication "acidity" characterizing degree of extraction of residual acids from them and correspondingly of stability. Proposed method of test of acidity of nitroesters consists in measurement of density of current of corrosion element under minimal possible resistance of external medium. Tested nitroester is used as electrolyte and density of current is function of content of nitric acid in nitroester. Device to test acidity of nitroesters is flow one-chamber galvanic cell in which anode is presented by negative active metal passivating in neutral and low-alkaline media, for instance, zinc, and cathode-positive metal with low overstress of hydrogen. Cathode is manufactured in the form of cylinder inside which anode in the form of rod coupled by jumpers to contact ring is placed uniaxially. Electrolyte (tested nitroester) flows through ring clearance between cathode and anode from bottom upwards. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of method and reliability of device. |
