摘要 FIELD: production of porous ceramics. SUBSTANCE: proposed material contains aluminium oxide having particles 1-200 $$$ in size and mineral binder. Said binder comprises oxides of aluminium, silicium, calcium and magnesium, mentioned above oxides are in hydrated or it easily hydrated form having particles not more 1 $$$ in size. Porous ceramic material is prepared by mixing of filler with origin components of mineral binder. Said mixing takes place in aqueous medium till suspension is prepared (water content in it being 20-40 mass %). Thus prepared suspension is allowed to stand at 50-120 C within 3-20 h till crystal hydrate structure is produced. Thus prepared structurized mixture is hardened till desired product is obtained. Said hardening takes place either by heat treatment at 1200-1400 C or by hydrothermal treatment at 180-220 C. Desired porous ceramic material has porosity not less 48 vol % (preferably higher 55 vol %) and narrow size distribution of pores. EFFECT: improved quality and efficiency.
