PURPOSE: To enable the control and the uniformity of coating state. CONSTITUTION: A coating drum 1 is provided with a rotary shaft 9 at the center, and plural stirring members 16 are attached on the outer periphery of the rotary shaft with a specified space. A nozzle 20 for spraying coating material is placed at a supplying part 4 of the coating drum 1 in a state directing inside the drum. The outer surface of the rotary shaft 9 is formed in a pattern 39 of protrusions and recesses.
