<p>PURPOSE: To enable simply display necessary information at a low cost by displaying a combination of reversible information of a reversible visible information display unit and irreversible information of an irreversible visible information display unit as a complete image in a rewritable record card useful for a lottery of a shipping district. CONSTITUTION: A film having an aluminum reflecting layer 12, a reversible thermal record layer 13 and a protective layer 14 printed with black UV ink in a predetermined pattern on the part of a support 11 is formed in a card state. When it is applied to a card for a lottery, a guest who desires to participate for the lottery submits a card issue application, and receives a card. The card is previously printed with an irreversible image 23 on a rewritable display unit 22. In a lottery place, for example, premia of special prize, first, second, third and consolation prizes and visible information (picture) printed on the card are prepared, the picture is divided to certain numbers, and gradually formed for a predetermined period. The prizes are decided from the complete result of the image, and the premia are given.</p> |
