<p>PURPOSE: To obtain the subject compact device of simple structure needing only a small amt. of adsorbent and low in pressure drop by providing an adsorp tion sheet winding mechanism to each of a couple of desorption parts furnished to an adsorption part. CONSTITUTION: A gas to be treated is introduced into the chamber 1 of an adsorbing part from an inlet 2 in the direction of the arrow. The treated gas in a treated gas chamber 4 is discharged from an outlet 5 in the direction of the arrow. An adsorption sheet 3 is supported or regulated by a presser roller 7, top supporting roller 8, etc. A means for winding the adsorption sheet 3 consists of a hollow cylindrical winding support 12 with one end close and connected to a driving device 10 and the other end connected to a regenerating gas inlet. The driving device 10 is connected to the winding support 12 through a driving chain 13. The winding support 12 is joined to the end of the adsorption sheet 3. A couple of the winding means are provided to travel the adsorption sheet 3 alternately in both directions.</p> |
