PURPOSE: To manufacture an optical component to be molded by solidifying resin in a cavity in an accurate shape with excellent productivity. CONSTITUTION: When resin is cooled from the temperature of its glass transition temperature or higher and solidified in a cavity 10, the parts 8, 9 of the wall of the cavity 10 to be transferred with the optical surface of an optical component are maintained at higher temperature than those of the other parts 4, 5 to eliminate the shrink of the resin on the optical surface of the component, and the resin is rapidly cooled in the direction of no influence to the optical properties of the component in the cavity 10. |
