PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively perform the sealing of a discharge port of a self-standing type molded container made of a synthetic resin without using a cap or a plug. CONSTITUTION: For a molded container made of a synthetic resin, a tube 4 made of a flexible synthetic resin is fitted in a discharge port 2 of a self- standing type molded container 1 made of a synthetic resin. The discharge port is sealed by tying an appropriate area of the tube with a rubber band or a string, clamping with a clamping apparatus, or heat-welding by making tube flat, or making a knot with the tube itself. For the tube made of a flexible resin, a polyethylene inflation tube of which the thickness is 30-300μm, etc., are preferable.
