CONSTITUTION: When a knob 30 is pushed when a holder is not used and a marker 1 is pushed forward, a middle push cylinder 40, the middle push cylinder 40 also moves forward and the tip of an exit/entrance insertion part 44 of the middle push cylinder 40 contacts an opening/closing lid 22 to push and open it.
