PURPOSE: To provide a pen, at the head of which a flashing light-emitting diode is mounted so as to flashingly emit light or put out light at will. CONSTITUTION: A flashing light-emitting diode 4 is fixed to a cap 3 at the head of a pen 1, in which electric cells 7 and 8 are filled so as to lead their power to the flashing light-emitting diode 4. Further, by operating a C ring C, which is installed between the cells and the diode for switching, the light of the flashing light-emitting diode 4 can be flashingly emitted and put out at will. |
