PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of a thermoplastic resin by using a compression molding machine and supplying a filler and a thermoplastic resin to an extruder to melt and knead them and extruding the kneaded mixture from the extruder to charge the extrudate in a compression mold to subject the same to compression molding. CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene and mica are melted and kneaded in an extruder fitted with a caster having a single hole die attached thereto. Subsequently, the kneaded mixture is extruded from the extruder to be charged in a compression mold to be subjected to compression molding. By this constitution, the deterioration of a thermoplastic resin is not almost generated and the process from the melting and kneading of a filler and a thermoplastic resin to compression molding can be continuously performed and a molded product holding the original characteristics of the thermoplastic resin can be industrially produced. |
