PURPOSE: To improve performance with a die of a simple structure by composing a blade body which is constituted by forming an air flow-out passage between each blade plate and the shaft installing part of a driving source connected to the blade body integrally, and suppressing separation of a laminar flow boundary layer in the air flow-out passage. CONSTITUTION: A radial fan B is provided with a blade body which is formed in such a constitution that blade plates 10 made of multiple rectangular thin wall films is arranged in an annular shape radially at a minute clearance, and an air flow-out passage 16 having a narrow width is formed between blade plates 10, 10. The shaft installing part of a driving source connected to the blade body integratedly and a connecting body for holding each blade plate 10 in an annular shape, namely, an end plate 11 serving as an installing base plate are arranged on the inner circumferential side of the blade body which is arranged in an annular shape. Separation of a laminar flow boundary layer in the air flow-out passage 16 is thus suppressed. It is thus possible to mold the radial fan B having multiple blade plates 10 by the injection molding of a separating method, make a die a simple structure, and prevent reduction of performance. |
